We set no cookies on the guest-facing campsite pages. A guest browsing a campsite page, using the booking widget, opening their booking link or reading the on-site guide is not given a cookie by us, is not tracked, and is not profiled. The operator dashboard sets the cookies it needs in order to work at all. All five are first-party. None of them is read by anyone but us, none leaves our domain, and none is used to build a profile, measure an audience or target advertising. The roadmap identifier is not connected to an account, name, email address or persisted IP address.
What we do NOT do
- No Google Analytics, Meta pixel, TikTok pixel, LinkedIn tag or any other analytics or advertising technology.
- No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No cookies of any kind on `/c/...`, `/b/...`, `/w/...`, `/embed/...` — the pages a guest actually sees.
- No advertising, ever — we sell software to campsites, not attention to advertisers.
Local storage
The on-site guest guide (`/c/{park}/guide`) can be installed as an offline app. When it is, your browser caches the park map and the guidebook on your own device so they still work at a barrier with no reception. That cache never leaves your phone, is not readable by us, and is cleared when you remove the page from your home screen or clear your browser data. It is storage you asked for, for a feature you turned on.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask you for consent before setting it, and this page will say so first. Until then, this table is the whole truth.
